NGOPREXCO aims to earn VND288 billion in revenue and VND5.9 billion in after-tax profit and pay dividend at 17.4%.
The company also approved to issue additional 120,000 bonus shares to to the shareholders in the ratio of 10:1.
The company's management board will select issuance date and implement necessary procedures to issue bonus from its investment fund.
In 2011, the company paid dividend at 12%.
